Our membership includes approximately 150 organizations representing nearly 400 individuals and affiliates. Our events and communication tools reach an even larger audience of allied professionals including county recorders, abstractors, and more. Membership
"Associate" Membership is reserved for persons or firms who are in related professions engaged in providing services to the land title industry. Examples include attorneys, surveyors, government agencies, lenders, realtors, builders, vendors, etc. MLTA is engaged in a variety of activities ranging from education to legislation. Membership is the most effective way of staying informed about the latest industry and association activities.
Convention
Every August, industry leaders convene at MLTA’s Annual Convention. This event features 2-days of education and industry updates provided by both local and national presenters. In addition, the event provides a variety of opportunities for attendees to network with peers. Favorite activities include a banquet and social hour, golf outing and a variety of special events. This event attracts senior-level decision makers from around the state.
